Welcome to SSAA Sunshine Coast!
Over the years we have welcomed many new shooters to the sport and our goal is to support you through your journey to achieve the enjoyment and comradeship that we experience at every meet. Our range is a "Limited Danger Range" meaning no full-metal jacket (ball) ammunition is allowed. We are located at 269 Fairhill Road, North Arm on the Davison Range Complex.
About our range
Air-Rifle & Rimfire Range
Our air-rifle & rimfire range has 12 fully covered bench rest lanes out to 50m and 6 lanes all the way to 100m.
Centrefire & Black Powder Range
Our centrefire and black powder range has 21 lanes out to 100m.
Juniors
Junior shooters are a vital part of our club. They are the future of the sport!
Shooting is one of the few sports that encourages and caters for young and old alike, whether you are able bodied or disabled.
The junior category is split into two age groups. 11-15 years of age and 15-18 years of age.
Most disciplines within SSAA have a Junior component so if you are keen to shoot a particular discipline, come to any open day (Wednesday or Sunday) and try the sport. Our discipline captains (competition captains) will be happy to help point you in the right direction.
We welcome all junior shooters to come and try the sport on any Wednesday or Sunday.
